Two things:
I do about a load of laundry a day. I love doing laundry but putting it away is a horrible, horrible chore.
Though my socks will continue to be placed with their mates and bundled together that way, I will no longer be doing that with Nina's. See, I wear them together. She...does not. Just saying.
I was looking at Nina's poncho the other day and got inspired to make a whole bunch of them. So I did, and still am (working on one for Arwyn right now). Most of them will go to my Etsy shop, but I got inspired by a friend's almost one year old and made him this one.
The neck and hem are Katia Viena and the body is Noro Cotton Iroha. It was super fun to knit and even more fun to see on this now-mobile little guy.
Nina's hair has gotten very long, and as an added bonus she will usually let me do really pretty things to it. She even asks me to sometimes.
I did two braids the other day
and then clipped them to the top of her head.
Of course she asked me to take pictures and them hammed it up.
