We went out to eat at Tutto Mare for our anniversary--4 years! The dinner was wonderful and brought this beautiful dessert and champagne for dessert.  

Sometimes being a mom is just magical. The strategically placed hat was unintentional but convenient.  

Nina and I went to the beach


It was the first time Nina has been willing to wear her sunglasses that Auntie Gina gave her--a year ago! But now she loves them.


Natalie and Naomi were there, too


It was a lot of fun. 

Nina is so funny. Yesterday she came speeding into the bathroom, and ended up on the floor. For about 3 hours, she kept repeating, "I fell. Head."

She now recognizes all sorts of animals at the zoo and in books, such as monkeys, pandas, and OKAPIS. Only San Diego kids know what an okapi is.

Larry wanted the family to go to the zoo with some friends for Father's day. We all had a great time.
 

This is so sweet. I almost cried when I saw it.
