Then I realized I'm going to Siberia too, so I whipped up these spiffy legwarmers from some beautiful odds & ends of homespun & dyed I had in my stash. Super easy pattern from Sally Melville's The Knit Stitch

gdiapers, people! They consist of a cloth cover and a flushable diaper. Brilliant!

I realized I am about to take my baby to Siberia, I mean Maine, and she needed some wool socks. So I knitted these up for her. Could they be cuter? I used Debbie Bliss cashmerino, so they're super soft.
