So this costume birthday party we went to on Sunday...
It was waaaay out in the boonies and the directions we got off of the internet told us to drive down what turned out to be hiking trails. We had carpooled with some friends in their van and popped in Madagascar to keep the kids occupied; they would watch half there and half on the way back. It was supposed to be a 40 minute trip. By the time the movie ended we were thinking about giving up (since, of course, we hadn't brought the host's phone number and there was little cel reception anyway). But we finally found it and it was fun. It was gorgeous (the country usually is) and we were rewarded with a beautiful sunset
