When I went home to Canada it didn't work either. They keep their shows online for a while but 3 months worth will surely keep you busy :)

check around in the lost forums... thefuselage.com is the "official" one, but there's also 4815162342.com There are also heroes forums, but i'm betting someone on either could help you figure it out for both stations. And, if it's Lost you are after, and if you aren't against a little piracy you can look at watchlost.com which is how we caught the whole second season last May.
