pile o'crepes

Sundays mornings in our household mean pancakes or waffles of some sort. It's a tradition I grew up with, and it just feels right to me.

This past Sunday I decided to make crepes, but the first couple weren't very pretty, so instead of putting the carmelised apple and kiwi inside individual crepes, I layered the crepes with the carmelised fruit and sharp cheddar cheese and made a...pile. It was spectacular.
